Most items can be rented for a minimum of 3 months. Returning before the minimum tenure ends may involve an early-exit charge, shown upfront before you confirm your order.
Refundable deposits are returned within 7-10 business days of pickup, after a quick condition check. Deposits are refunded to the original payment method.
Everyday signs of use — minor scuffs, fading, or loose screws — are expected and fully covered by us at no cost to you.
Damage beyond normal wear (stains, cracks, broken parts) is assessed against a pre-listed repair rate card. If you've opted into our protection plan, this is covered; otherwise, the cost is deducted from your deposit.
You can swap an item for a different size, style, or category at any time — this is treated as a new order alongside the return of your current item, and doesn't require restarting your minimum tenure on unrelated items.
